• Built an Active Directory lab using Windows Server and Windows 10 virtual machines to simulate typical helpdesk activities.

 

• Deployed mock users with Active Directory Users and Computers, with their own organizational units and group policies.

 

• Used remote connections to connect from a mock helpdesk VM to a regular user VM.

 

• Created a share drive with security permissions.
